I pick up garbage whenever I see it on the ground. My family recycles cans and plastic things. I try to keep my friends from littering by asking them to hold onto their garbage until we get to a garbage/recycling can. I think that everyone should take a step into reducing the amount of energy they use to litter and direct it to cleaning up the environment.

If you cut down a tree, plant two. That’s what I go by, and it seems pretty good to me. We need to save this planet; maybe not for ourselves if we don’t care, but for the future. I think that our scientists could be more directed towards finding energy efficiency, rather than things like the latest hair product, or stupid Ipod. We in America are already spoiled enough (most of us) and being one of the bigger countries, I feel like we could help to support everyone…

Do you wonder why our minds work in such complicated ways? I can’t really tell you why. I’m not sure myself. But I just hate thinking that we don’t exist, then we’re born, we live for a very short time, then we die and sieze to exist again. It’s the way the world goes round, I suppose. Why do we sit around day after day doing the same thing? Life is such a small word compared to the meaning it contains. Those four simple letters describe millions upon billions of years and events leading up to this very moment; to this very breath you take right now.

Most say gravity is pushed upon us. I feel like it pulls at me; attaching me to the surface of the Earth by a thousand invisible chains. Perhaps yuo feel different. Maybe you feel like your being is stuck to the ground by heavy air (if there is such a thing) compressing your molecules downwards….But how would I know what you think? You could be thinking that I’m a complete crazy, or perhaps, I’m genius….
